Building Momentum
Our distillery construction has reached thrilling new heights! This year saw the installation of our bespoke copper stills, mash tun, tanks, and washbacks, bringing us one step closer to production, set for Spring 2025.
Among the standout features is our completed roof—a stunning feat of engineering and an iconic addition to the Inverclyde skyline. Every detail of the build reflects our commitment to creating a state-of-the-art facility that honours tradition while embracing innovation.

November’s Stills Delivery: A New Chapter Begins
November brought a milestone moment as we welcomed our custom-built copper stills to Inverkip. These stunning creations, crafted by McMillan Coppersmiths in Prestonpans, required thousands of hours and countless hammer blows to achieve their one-of-a-kind finish. They are a true fusion of artistry and technology, designed to honour centuries of whisky-making tradition while meeting our sustainability goals.
Nestled near the River Clyde, these stills will play a pivotal role in shaping the spirit of Ardgowan’s future.
